Nationwide top marks in the 2019 quality test

In April 2019 we've been subject to an unannounced nationwide test by the Swiss health insurance company SWICA and the news portal "20 Minuten". A trained test-runner was commissioned to evaluate us on the basis of 70 different criteria. The result shows the overall grade - analogous to the Swiss school grading system - on the basis of the averaged criteria in the areas of first contact, trial training, supervision system, infrastructure as well as hygiene and cleanliness:

"The club scored top marks in our test and presented itself in a near-perfect condition that is second to none. The strongly customer-centred appearance convinced straight from the first contact with high level service and very good training support.
A slight point deduction was only given in the exercise selection, which was correct, but could have been a bit more specific." Final grade: 5,4
