MILON CIRCUIT CONCEPT «FIT IN 35 MINUTES»
The Milon circuit training system allows you to complete a balanced whole-body workout in just 35 minutes. This particular circuit is impressive because there are no waiting times and you can start your personalised training regime at any time.
Your personalised workout plan will be stored on your private smartcard which will also save all of your performance data, as well as set up all the exercise equipment and weights fully electronically and precisely when you check in.
The metabolism, strength and endurance circuit make possible target-focused, safe and easy-to-follow workouts.

BACK AND MOBILITY CONCEPT: five®
The five® back and mobility concept is an exercise regime for people of all ages, it:
- works to counteract the everyday postures of modern man and helps you to achieve natural movements
- improves breathing, blood circulation and all energy flows
- straightens the body and creates space in muscles, joints and fascia tissues
- can be completed in minimal time and also integrated in other training & rehabilitation concepts
Back pains can be classified as common lifestyle diseases. The five® back and mobility concept is easy to learn for all age groups and helps to alleviate and prevent the occurrence of disorders in the musculoskeletal system.
The concept was derived from the basic principles of biokinematics:
From a genetic perspective, humans are still hunter-gatherers. Sitting is the predominant posture in the modern world of work; the musculoskeletal system is no longer used nor exercised sufficiently. Our bent posture leads to a shortening of the front muscle chains. This can result in tension and pain.
This is precisely where five® with its targeted backward movements intervenes. The exercise programme will re-straighten the entire musculoskeletal system again and reinstate its natural physical and physiological capabilities.

Everything from latest-generation cross trainers and strength trainers through to dumbbells and various small workout items for achieving enhanced flexibility, balance and coordination.

SMALL GROUP COURSES
"FIVE" FLEXIBILITY COURSE
During this course, your body will be stretched and trained against its habits - an optimal complement to your workout. Shortened muscles as well as muscle sheaths (fascia) are stretched and pain points on the body are reduced. In combination with targeted strength training, an increase in strength can also be achieved.
